Parnian residence is a seven story building with a modern architecture. The building is located in the most richest and expensive street of Tehran, Andarzgoo Blvd., and the company tried to employ high-quality materials and equipment. Array-Art group changed the façade design and did interior design of this building. Moreover, the construction process of this building took 2 years. This building has 10 units, a big lobby, 2 floors parking. a big roof garden with pergola, and a huge yard.
